These purees are created from the edible part of the fruit or vegetable – removing seeds, skins and stems but retaining the product’s natural juice and fibre.
They impart a thick (but not too thick) and smooth consistency that make them ideal for application across a wide range of sectors, including Beverages, Ice Cream, Yogurts, Soups, Baby Foods…
